So I ordered today & they got my order wrong AGAIN. I had to drive all the way back to get it corrected and the MANAGER, Eli, was incredibly rude & incompetent. When I asked for the difference to be refunded he said no there’s no refund because it’s the same price. 6 bean & cheese tacos & 2 bacon & egg tacos are not the same as 6 bacon & egg & 2 bean & cheese. The MANAGER did NOT even know his own menu!! Then come to find out when I let him know they got my order wrong that he was the one who took the order! He did not repeat my order over the phone & when I was asking him how long the order would take me hung up on me while I was talking. Now I know why this place offers the WORST service of any Las Palapas. If the manager can’t be polite & get an order right then of course the employees won’t do their job right either! Absolute incompetence.

For some reason, everytime I go to any Las Palapas, they always take 10 minutes to even send a server to our table. Then the food takes another 30 minutes. But the chips are yummy, and I love their red sauce. Very simple, not spicy, you know exactly what you're getting. And their flour tortillas are great too.

This is not.my favorite Las Palapas location. The food was good and service was fairly fast. However the older gentleman server was rather abrupt and trying to turn the table a little to quick while we were still sitting. I know it was a Friday during dinner but we are paying to be in that seat.

I normally try not to ever review a franchise, this place is just different and I know its locally owned. First off hats off for consistency, I have visited on and off for nearly 20 years and almost always you get the same great tastes, and I greatly appreciate the new menu options and redo of interior. Mostly, I want to compliment the ability to keep good talent, I see many of the same faces and OSCAR, is by far one of the best waiters and sweetest men they have employed. He has taken care of us on many occasions and always a delight to be around. Cant wait for the newest location to open which is a bit closer to me. Keep up the excellent work

I have been eating at Las Palapas since the very first one opened back in the early 1980's when it was on West Ave just up from Blanco Rd. It's still hard to decide what to have even though I have been eating there for over 30 years. Thanks for bringing us the great food for all of these years. Still wish I could sit down one more time at the original location with the old crowd of people.
